Arthur Livingston Kelly Environmental Education Center

From Camp Yawgoog.Org

Yawgoog's nature program is located at the Arthur Livingston Kelley Environmental Education Center on Tim O'Neil field. The center is a meeting place for Troop nature hikes and merit badge classes. The center also contains many exhibits featuring animals and wildlife displays.

Originally the nature program started on King Phillips Island in 1975. In 1980 Yawgoog's nature program was given a new base in a revitalized old Palmer Barn. Later, in 1983 the old Palmer Barn was razed and the Nature Center given new solar-paneled home.

The Nature staff reside at Camp Three Point.
