Challenge Center
From Camp Yawgoog.Org
Located to the south of Donald North Court and the Bucklin Memorial Building lies the Lattner Cabin, home of the Challenge Center. The "Challenge Program", featuring initiative games and "ropes course" activities began in 1980. The Challenge staff are a part of Camp Three Point and is one of the largest groups on the Reservation. Challenge includes a high adventure ropes course, known as the COPE course.
The Yawgoog Challenge Program combines adventure, leadership, self-esteem, decision making, problem solving, communication, and teamwork. All of these are cohesively blended into activities designed to "challenge" scouts of all ages and abilities.
